Do Check the Fuse First - there is not a resst button but it can be cut out by an over temperature stat - refilling with cold water usually resets it - But if not - its Very Easy to replace, slides into left side of tank - disconnect power from van First !! Then just remove the nuts holding the element in place through the precut hole - depending on what size element it has - one has a seperate over temp switch which screws on seperately to one side - be careful not to drop the nuts!! Refit in reverse - then reconnect power and test
