Is there a better alternative to this, still utilizing the poppers? Like, a "stick on" one or perhaps velcrose based? Just wondering about options. Our "Dry clean only" (Made in Great Britain, where is that?)curtains are turning gently in the w/machine as I type . . .

Can not think of one that is as strong as the popper type.

the only silly question is the one you do not ask.

No, there isn't an alternative to the sew in type, trust me, I looked!

You could try some self adhesive velcro, but having used it, because of the condensation caused in caravans (cooking, breathing) I found it doesn't work when used for other projects.

The sew in type is your best bet, but beware, unless you have a very good sewing machine you will have to hand sew it in - take it from a woman who had painful fingers for days after failing with the sewing machine & resorting to hand sewing - but it will work & last well.

Sorry if that's not what you wanted to read!

Hi, I've just sewn all mine in using my sewing machine without problem. I used a needle specially made for Denim (£1.50 for 4 ) though as an ordinary needle isn't strong enough .
