Hi can anyone help my bailey senators charger is making a constant buzzing noise really annoying as the wife makes me sleep on the side with the charger under

All chargers/transformers buzz ,it may be it's location.You could try sound insulation between you and it but then you may have a problem with o/heating it may be loose .

Might be worth checking your battery is not on it's way out and overloading the charger causing it to buzz
