At the end of last season I had a damaged hot tap spout replaced on my 1999 sterling europa 520mb.I took the van out for the first time last weekend and had problems after re-filling the water tank. The water heater function light goes to green then red when switched on even though there is over half a bottle of gas(I have tried repeating this over a dozen times in case of an airlock) and when the hot or cold tap is operated..water flows slowly from the taps..but also flows back towards the pump and runs down the van onto the floor...All worked fine after last use..We are novice caravanners...Hope someone can help..

Check pump and pipes for frost damage, it may be that you inadvertently left some water in the system that froze and caused splits/cracks

if water is leaking outside it is just possible you have pulled a blue pipe off in the pump itself, easy fix, just remove the two screws on the white box, split and push the pipe back on.if the water is leaking inside the van then you may have frost damage ie.split pipe.loosing pressure is the reason for the slow delivery.for the heater contact gary of arc systems as he is our expert on boilers.

Take off the outside cover over the gas burner. If the water leak is there it may be the plastic "thingy" that is leaking. Its a pressure relief valve. You can do what I have done, touch it with a spanner and it breaks off and you buy a new plastic thingy off ebay for about £6.
