Hi recently found tiny cracks on front plastic (grp moulding) just under the rail which connects the caravan front with the roof. This makes the repair very difficult. Been told by service engineer that it is caused during construction of the van when the panels weren't pre drilled for the screws causing it to crack. Has anybody had any experience repairing cracks like this in the mouldings. And what you can use to repair tiny cracks in the acrylic like these. The cracks are letting water in on the front end just above the windows so taped them up for now. Thanks Paul

We had the same problem two years ago with our Bailey Ranger by the time we found out the damage had been done and it was a very expensive repair all the front had to be taken off ours in order to replace the rotten wood behind hope you get yours sorted but don't leave it too long it needs fixing as soon as possible.Ian

Can you confirm the year of your caravan as well?

If it is grp it is relatively easy to repair using fiberglass resin, drilling the ends of the cracks to stop them going further.
