Can anyone supply me, or point me in the direction of a manual for the above fridge. I do appreciate it is a very old model but so is our caravan and we are also heading that way, ha ha.

We do not seem to be able to get it to work on gas (we had no electric hook up so no idea if it works on that either). It would be useful to know if we are going about lighting it in the right way - we can not see a pilot light anywhere. We are new to caravanning so very green too

thankyou

If im right in thinking this is the fridge with the three knobs . Two knobs on the right and one knob to the left. It is simalar to the modern electrolux fridge except it does not have switches.

The far right knob relates to the fridge temperture while on 12v or 240v. I.e 5 would be colder and 1 would be warmer

The next right hand knob relates to your power source either 12v or 240v. If using gas this knob should be rotated to 0. If pluged into mains it should be set to 240v. If running on battery it should be set to 12v.

The Left knob is the Gas. To light turn to setting 3 and press the knob in. Then press the ignitor switch untill flame is see through pilot hole. You will need to keep the knob pushed in untill the flame is established. You can then adjust the knob to either 1,2,3 depending on what temperture you want.

The pilot hole is located inside the fridge at the back. It is below the bottom shelf.

To turn the fridge of gas return the knob back to 0

Really simple once you have got the hang of it. Your gas controls are on the left and your electric controls are on the right.

I hope this helps

Any RM212 manual is all you need, the A,B or F only refer to the colour of the fridge trim, Aluminum, (dark) Brown and F for? Fawn!
