Sometimes this happens because of an airlock. You need one person in the van and one at the pump to try this. Turn the pump off, remove pump from water and give a shack. Open one of the taps and put the pump back in the water and signal to turn pump back on. This should work providing it is not a more serious problem. The pump on my new van went after 6 months so anything is possible. Good luck.
