I have noticed a few topics on the subject of replacing the Batt charger. A few months ago the Zig charger on my '94 Bucaneer Elan 14 got very hot and started buzzing, so after some advice from this forum I bought a charger from Amperor Associates. It was very easy to change, just wire for wire, I also added a standard 13amp socket into the wiring to help with future replacement or repairs. Easy job, no problems and it charges well.
