I'm looking to upgrade my water supply.

At the moment my water and pump are all ingside the caravan (LMC Munsterland Luxus 1990ish).

It's a bit of a pain as I have a water carrier in the washroom area.

Is it a simple case of buying a whale interface, cutting the hole in the van, wiring electrics and water?

Anyone done this before and got any pointers?

Had a look at the interface in a shop - seems very easy!

Just cut a hole to size, fit unit, seal it, connect electrics....done!

I decided to put a lever type gravity hand pump in mine, as not good with electrics. And it's less to go wrong, and doesn't take anything out of the leisure battery! It was dead easy to put in, simply connects to a length of food quality hose, which feeds through a hole underneath the caravan and out to the water tank.
