Hi, the advice given here is good but always try NOT to damage the underlying paint. As for Fenwick's, soften the cement by soaking a cloth in a 10-1 solution and stick it to the offending spots.( anything like tissue paper etc will do-) LEAVE to soak for a bit, then gently rub. if the paint has already been damaged you may polish it.(what have i said.)
