On site I hooked up to electric & fridge found the power - it worked for a day & a half.
We came in to find it flashing and had to set the fridge manually to the mains power.
We had to re-set it manually to battery when we hooked up to the car to travel home.
Has anyone any info on this problem ?
If so is it an easy fix or does it need to be done by the experts ?
Look forward to any comments
You should be able to find the exact model and serial number on the back wall of the fridge behind the salad tray. Has the fridge ever worked automatically between power sources? I only ask as it is only certain models that will do this. Any error codes on the display?

Manual can be found here
The manual covers lots of Thetford fridges, including yours, but, at a quick glance, I can't see anything about the fridge detecting it's power source - the only references that I could see referred to a manual selection of source.
If it a fairly recent fridge, it will say SES on the right hand side of the panel if the fridge supports this. SES = Smart Energy Selection. I've got the older N112 which does not have this, but reading my manual (which also covers models that do support SES), SES does seem to require a constant good 12v supply in order to operate correctly.
Just had a look at the link above, and all the details are given on pages 7 & 8.
Many thanks for helpful replies.
We can now only assume from the info given by all that it does not search automatically (no SES on the fridge) and that something must have happened to the power supply whilst we were out causing the fridge light to flash & therefore us having to reset it.
For info - unfortunately unable to find any model no. or serial no.
Once again - many thanks - we live & learn.
