Hi All
Who knows where i stand: I managed to put a dent in the offside rear of my unicorn Valencia.returned it to the dealer for repair, and paint. Some 14 months later i have noticed an area at the top of the repair, that is showing a change of colour, seems to be showing a dark area beneath the paint, could it be the undercoat or filler, coming through.
How do i stand with the dealer who is being difficult!!

They have requested that they be allowed to view the paint blemish, which is fair enough, but they are being very shall we say not forth coming in saying that they will correct the problem. Just wondering what grounds i have to stand on should they decline to rectify it.
As i suspect from their tone that will happen

Well I wouldn't expect them to comment until they have seen it but after 12 months I can't see them dealing with it anyway. What warranty was agreed on the repair before it was done?

As above, any repair work should always come with some kind of warranty for how long the repair is covered for.
Did they give you any paperwork for the repair?

I would just let them have a look at it and see what they say first. They obviously can't comment until they have seen it.
