Just done ours. Took about 2-3 hours It wasn't hard work just need to be patient and go through the motions. Lots of careful drilling. used this kit http://ctaltd.co.uk/caravan-floor-delamination/ Use a hand cordless drill/driver I think a mains type electric drill is way too powerful. Get a nice new sharp 8mm wood bit Use a car jack and a large piece of strong rigid thick plywood underneath the van directly under the area being treated. Only raise the jack so the board is touching the underside of the floor. You only want to stop the floor "giving" when you put some weight on the inside. You might need to put the jack on top of something if its a bit too short This stuff sets very quickly. I did it in about 17 degrees and it had begun to set after about 20 minutes. So once all the holes are drilled out and the polystyrene is out as well hoover all of the holes out after drilling. Only then start the mixing and injecting. I did 3 batches If doing it again I would: - get more dowels.
- clear up the adhesive that oozes out of the holes while its still wet. Don't bother trying to sand it after its cured (nightmare!!)
Thats about it really. floor is lovely and solid now.
