Can anybody help me please? Am I just being thick? We have a brand new Lunar with the Ecocamel shower head fitted. Whilst it works perfectly water comes from the hole where I presume the air should be sucked in. I seem to get nearly as much water from the offending hole as I do the shower head! Should the pressure be higher? Getting really exasperated! Thank you

Our home shower has one of these and water exits the air intake unless there is plenty of water flow (i.e. higher pressure)to the shower head. Works well otherwise.

If the van is new ask where you bought it,the pressure may need adjusting.

Hi Thank you all very much for your help. I gave up in the end and changed the shower head! I am on mains hook up and the caravan is letting in water at maximum pressure but water still went everywhere but where it should-the new one works fine. Maybe I just had the Friday afternoon one?!lol

Are you saying that you have mains pressure in your caravan or that you have a mains connection with a pressure reducer. If the former I would be very concerned and if the latter you may find that the pressure you get is less than if using a pump. Both situations could have an effect on the operation of the Eco Camel shower head.
