Depends on the caravan construction. Mine has a right pig. Loads of hidden staples and screws. Basically had to force it out and then make good the damage afterwards.

Depending on your outfit, it could well be structural. It is then it might be best to attack it externally rather than internally.
If you can post the make/model of your van, then someone reading may have a definitive answer for you
