Can anybody expand upon any issues they have had with the new whale i-van hot water and heating systems.

Whale customer care has been exemplarary in dealing with my issues and i may be able to help explain how to fix some of the present issues they have.

The only issue I have had with my whale blown air heater is the outlets becoming blocked

Have you got two outlets with adjustable flaps and two with a grill or just open ends?

We had trouble with the control panel losing connection with the space heater and/or the water heater. took it back to dealer and they fitted a modification from whale. been fine since.

I have two outlets in the main room of the caravan and one in the bathroom. The ones without the adjustable flaps are the air inlets to the heater unit
