Hi, myself and a friend have just purchased a Fleetwood 600eb;
the van is not in great condition, as there is a bit of damp on the ceiling and the floor, in fact it doesn't even have a door and the electrics have all been ripped out, we bought it in a spare of a moment thinking it would be a good weekend project. the problem being neither one of us have the slightest notion on caravans!!!
Any tips and advice would be very much appreciated!!

Well nothings ever completely bejond repair but it could be a good idea to find a door that fits it first, because whatever else needs doing its no good without a door, so make that your first job.

I can only suggest caravan breakers, theres a list on ukcs or just google. If you can't find a door to fit, then probably the project won't be worth it, which is why I suggested you find a door first. Fleetwood are no longer in business but its possible a door from other Fleetwood models might fit or maybe one from another make could be adapted to fit.

You could try the caravan breakers in Blaenavon, they have a wealth of spares. We are lucky enough to live 5 minutes from them and they seem to have stuff other breakers don't. Their web address is http://www.caravanbreakers.net/http://www.caravanbreakers.net/

They are really friendly and helpful so give them a call if you don't see what you need on their website as they have more in stock than they can list online.

Hope this helps
