I doubt anyone will post on open forum how to reset a caravan alarm, and if any one does then IMO they should be banned from this site or any that they post the details on. To do so would make a mockery of having an alarm on a van if anyone could just go on the web and find out how to wipe the codes on an alarm fitted to 1000's of vans.
I'm sure that admin would also delete any post detailing it too.
Your best bet will be to have a very quiet word with a local caravan engineer to see if they will tell you how to do it. It is possible, just one of those trade secrets I'm afraid.

All the literature for these is published online and freely available following a very quick search, comical really.
If the previous owner didn't use the system at all, I would suspect that the on-board battery has failed, hence the errors.
I would suggest you check out the following link and contact them for further advice.

Now that's completely different to the reset procedure in the handbook I have for the alarm. That said, there's mention of there being several different control boxes marketed under the same alarm model number.
If the procedure in your handbook doesn't work, nor Bill's suggestion, then call the guy in the link.
Let us know how you get on?
