One would assume that water has leaked in around door frame due to failure of sealant & gradually rotted wooden frame & surrounding floor area. For the wood to rot the leak would have to have been around for a long time & presumably caravan has not had an annual damp check as part of service that would have picked this up?
You have 2 choices to fix, proper repair which would involve removal of door frame, replacing timber etc or the much easier way of not taking anything apart, resealing around door frame & any other adjacent seams with PU sealant such as Sikaflex 512 & interior should dry out eventually.
This is the method I have used on my 80s ABI for some yrs now. If I notice a damp patch inside after winter I reseal exterior seams where water has been entering & it dries out over summer.
