mmm not supposed to leak are they lol my elderly Freedom has developed many small holes, My husband who once worked in fiberglass construction says its cheap rubbish and was never made properly in the first place there are gaps where there have been air pockets left during manufacture.
I have filled them using P45 filler which seems ok for now . the worst of them is on the roof in a line along the rail....does anyone know of any sort of tape /sealing strip that i can put along the edge of the roof over the whole holey area about an inch wide and the length of the van as i won't be surprised if more develop and my filler is a bit rough so it would hide that at the same time
You can buy fibreglass tape on a roll ,I used to use it to seal the seams on wooden hulled boats ,comes in various widths and very smooth once applied to ,totally unlike mat with its sticky spikes .
Not sure where you get it these days ,but a boat chandler would be a good start
