When I switch heater on there is a initial click and then silence. The green light comes on but after 10 seconds the red light comes on. I have taken the burner out and cleaned everything but on refitting it still does not light. Is there any way I can test to see if power is getting to the igniter. Hope some one can advise me.

Is there gas getting there, It does take a few attemps to light if theres no gas through the system.

Sounds like a gas valve problem if not lighting. Send to Gary at Arc Sytems about £65 to replace.

thanks for your answers guys. The battery is fully charged and gas came out when I had the burner module out. I have the manual but that did not help. I think Gary may be my best bet.
