just between the sink unit and the toilet door the wood in the middle has been pulled up by the last owner but not fully it has been broken , i assume to look at the floor due to it been springy, i know it needs a delamitnation repair which i am doing next week this is not the issue.

i do not know how to replace the broken floor board as its not the full piece across its just the walk way but i am usure as to how this piece i put in will work as there is nothing to reinforce it or stop it from dipping. any ideas?

Some support beams beneath the floor under the van and bolt the new piece to that. With a decent glue to reinforce it all.

Remove the bolt and refit after sorting the floor, cut a piece of ply to size and thickness the same as in the van. Drop Into place the bolt some cls timbers underneath to bridge the hole, maybe use 3 lengths of timber (approx size 2x3 inches), then run a setting sealant around the hole to seal and give more support.
