I have recently bought a Swift Challenger Touring Caravan 490/5SE and I think it is an early 1990's model unfortunately without a handbook or manual.

Does anyone know where I can get a handbook for it just so i know how everything works?

Also my Challenger seems very low from the chassis to the ground. Any advice?

Suspension units sagged?

When you look under the caravan are the suspension arms horizontal or slightly raised position?

Most of the stuff fitted to caravans are the same over many brands. It maybe easier to ask for instructions on the parts you want help with.

Handbooks may cover very little.

I have just bought a 1998 Swift Silhouette which came without the handbook. I contacted Andy Spacey at Swift via Swifttalk late last night and an electronic copy was in my inbox at 8.15 this morning. Excellent service!!

I also have a Challenger 490L/5 but it's a 2005 model. If you are stuck on anything, you're welcome to ask and I will see if I can help - although some of the equipment may well have changed in the interim. I love mine!

Thanks but I have got a PDF copy from Swift. Yes I love my Swift Challenger and I am looking forward to having many holidays in it. I bought it to replace a very damp sprite musketeer!!
