Hi has anyone used Rooflock tape before, we are resealing the roof seams on our caravan and we are thinking of using this to cover the seams after we have resealed them.

Expensive stuff it seems.
If you have sealed it properly so the mastic just oozes out to leave a small bead that you then flatted or shape then the tape wont be needed.

If you want a belt and braces approach and the colour of teh tape doesnt make it look odd then you can go for it.

We have used mastic and silaflex so it should be ok but wanted the belt and braces approach so I've ordered a roll of rooflock and will wait and see what the colour is like although you really wont be able to see it once it's on.
