Just thought I would put a comment on here in the hope that someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
Last week I brought my van (Abbey Aventura 312)out of storage to prep her for the up coming summer. I charged up the gas system, soapy water on all joints, charged up the water system and clean out the pipes and finally gave the outside a well earned wash. In the afternoon I noticed the main center window show signs of steaming up so though I had better check it out.
On looking at the window, I discovered a lot of water between the plastic panes in the window, I had my own goldfish bowl. On checking further it would seem that the the outside and inside panes have parted ways and have delaminated. Now I have had to drill 4 x 1mm drain holes in the outside window to drain the water and I have also removed the vent plugs to clear up the condensation. Can I re-glue the panes, if so how, or is it new ones, there are two windows suffering the same problem :-( Thank you for reading.
Just used "sticks like ***" and it works great. I've pretty much fixed up the front of our caravan using it for gluing battens, timbers, panels and gluing the two window pieces back together. They have a clear, white and black I believe. Make sure you get the all weather (outdoor) type as there are a few variations.
