Hi All.
Our toilet cassette, model C4 isn't working correctly. The gauge the tells you when the cassette is full doesn't turn from green(empty) to red(full). It just stays 3/4's green. I've taken the cassette out & reached in to see if the gauge was stuck, it wasn't. The gauge moves from green to red by hand. I don't know how the gauge moves or even knows when the cassette is full as there is no moving part that latches onto the gauge from the cassette. Can any-one help!???

If you have a look at this link to Thetford, you will find an 'interactive' sanitation repair guide. Browse through the pages and you'll find a section regarding the C2 cassette float arm. It's the float which activates the cassette full indicator and it's likely that it's not moving free enough to complete it's function.
This 'book' can be awkward to read. If you get stuck then I might be able to send or post a pdf version of the same information.
