Hi and welcome to the forum. It may well be that the little AA battery that powers the spark unit has 'dropped off it's perch' and needs replacing, the same thing happened to me.
It lives in a little brown box with a slide-up lid on the bottom left-hand side of the fire and you will probably have to remove the fire front to get at it.
See video on what needs doing here. There may also be a couple of screws holding the front on, they are accessed through the top slats.
