175/13c is a tyre size not a wheel size.
The wheel size will be 13" x ?J and you have to know both PCD and centre hole size.
You need to get all the required details. Try looking at an existing wheel on the van, though you might need to measure the PCD.

Stamped near the centre of the wheel will be the numbers you require.
As above 13" wheel but what width do you have? And the bolt pattern dimensions can vary.
You local caravan shop should have what you need. I use Towsure and Jacksons. Jacksons also sell used parts.
