This is mostly the point I was trying to put over. If you offer something for sale that you are not prepared to guarantee then you don't make any claims about it at all. You simply offer it for sale 'as seen' & its for the buyer to decide.
This is how the trade works, they know what they are doing & private sellers can learn from their methods. Being 'honest' & listing faults can in fact land the seller in trouble because other faults he is unaware of might become apparent.
So to protect themselves sellers should offer the caravan for sale & invite potential buyers to come & view & to make their own minds up.
