Hi all, our winter caravan cover has been chaffing on the support legs, we have the spare material to repair the damage but don't know what kind of glue to use, any help appreciated, thanks in advance.

i would have thought for a permanent repair it would need to be stitched

A good impact adhesive. I use this - Evostick Timebond

It works really well and gives a strong repair. I am sure there are other alternatives.

My sewing machine worked overtime when mine needed repair and if it was impossible to get the material in then it was hand stitched.
