You will need to remove front top rail and centre roof rail clean and reseal with sikaflex or mastic non drying sealant,never ever use silicon sealant.Top rails on abi caravans are constant issue and common on these,I must of resealed 200+ of these vans.Just make sure you dry van out first before you reseal anything,remove all trims etc too to allow to fully dry.sounds like its been leaking for some time,just because you cannot smell or see leaks,doesnt mean its only just started.There might be more work required,if you want more info just email me.

,its a good job I had plenty of wood and over bits left over from odd jobs around the house and from when i helped my dad repair his last caravan .
come Sunday the new wallboard will be in place and the son n law can rebuild the seat seat boxes as the old one's were not very strong and I had the impression that they would fall apart the 1st time some one sat on them once he has done that the 12v lights will be my next job then a new battery charger ,thankfully the mains side of things in the van seem to be working as they should allthourgh I will check it for my own peace of mind .
