Hi, we have just bought an Elddis wisp 450 CT as a starter caravan.
The electrc socket on the outside of the caravan for the hook up has snapped off and with this being an older caravan I'm wondering if i can buy a replacement for this. I dont fancy water getting in there all the time.

Yes that is easily replacable, its a standard item that has not changed for yrs, any large caravan shop will stock them as a complete unit. Easy to change if you have diy skills, you will need some sealant to seal in new part to avoid water getting in. Probably this or this.

I have an older Elddis, and my electrical connection is the square one rather than the rectangular. Should be easy enough to change, but use a good sealant designed for caravan use, not a domestic silicone sealer.
