Hi, I'm on draining the water out of the caravan (ABI JUBILEE EQUERRY 1995) ready for the winter. I've turned the taps to the open position, took the plug out of the water heater on the outside of the caravan & drained the water.

Looking under the caravan I can see two clear pipes at the front of the caravan, one with a blue cap on, & one with a red cap on. I've looked in the info that came with the van, but cannot find any reference to these.

Question; do I take the tops off these pipes to help with the draining of the water.?

Also, should I take the battery off.?

Take the battery off and charge it once a month or so to keep it in peak condition.

I use a small CTEK charger and leave in on for 24 hours to a few days every month or so.

Do you have a wet heating system or similar?

The Red and Blue are water drain points.You should find an outer ring which you push in and then that will release the plugs to pull out.They will not pull out unless you push the release ring right in hard.
Should look like this red and blue
