how do i  dissconect water supply to shower taps or

what is best way to block pipes off ?

Dont use shower and shower taps unit is smashed so want to take out rather than make a box or try and source a replacent unit for taps to sit in .

Also does any body recomenend tha i remove shower tray as well (cracked by plug)

Is it a easy fix ?
