Yes. Take it out and turn it up-side-down for and hour.
Then turn it right way up and leave it for an hour before reconnecting it and trying it again on mains electric, bearing in mind that it will take several hours before you start to feel and chilling of the pipes under the freezer box compartment.
If your thinking of taking out the fridge after you have checked the fuses, there are screws inside it on the sides which are covered with small plastic button thingies.
If it is not getting the slightest bit cold on either gas, which you know is lit or electric in either mains mode or 12v towing mode when you have checked power supply then probably coolant has leaked out & in that case fridge will be scrap.
If pipes in freezer compartment are getting a bit cold after being on mains for a couple of hours then remove fridge & as indicated invert it to remix coolant which may help but if you find brown gunge leaking out then fridge is scrap.

Does anybody know how to get a caravan fridge, that doesn't work on gas or electric to work. Not to bothered about the gas more so the electric?......
Too many possibilities to be adequately helpful. Power supply fail / heating element fail / refrigerant loss / circuit board fail.
