Micro switches Jeff, so no pressure switch (unless a previous owner has upgraded and Op unaware)
I would think changing the inlet is coincidence and you probably have a failed micro switch in one of the taps, leaving the pump running. Check under each tap, and depending on tap made/construction, you should find the wiring to each switch. Disconnect one side of each switch then reconnect in turn. Alternatively, arm yourself with a multimeter and check switch continuity.
