I'm very new to this and know nothing about anything but recently bought a caravan that came with no keys.

Ebay sells the replacement right or left handed Caraloc 640 that I needed for about £18 posted.

Replacement couldn't have been easier, and now my caravan locks. Have no idea if that helps...

I am surprised you can not get one cut, did you go to a locksmiths shop or a local key cutting kiosk.
Any good locksmith should be able to cut keys for just about anything for a few quid.

Thanks for the replys, our locksmiths has closed down leaving only key cutters, i can get a FW in the 900's but ours is in the 300's, none about. if push comes to shove i,ll change the barral would would prefer a key.

i just changed the complete door lock assembly on my van.. i chucked the old lock and keys away.. okay until i wanted to open my battery locker.. the old door key fitted that as well.. he he..

lucky for me some past owner had fastened a spare set of keys to the floor under the van.. by the look of them they had been there for some time but it solved my problem..

Just Google locksmiths(not keycutters as you get in shoe repair shops) for your area, most locksmiths shouls be able to cut a key for you.
