hi all. Just bought a sterling Europa. Turned the water pump swith on which lit up red, turned the taps on but nothing is happening. Can't even hear the pump make any noise. Any ideas please?
You don't mention wheather it is an 'on-board' pump or one that sits external in the aquaroll bottle? I may be that the pump is switched on by micro-switches on each tap, doubtfull that they will all have failed at once so could be a fuse? The other system uses a pressure switch which turns the pump on when the water pressure falls below a pre-set pressure.

Check if there is voltage going to pump.If it is an external pump and you have voltage at connector, possibly pump jammed.Put small screwdriver in end and see if you can turn impeller.
We had the same problem and someone on here said it could be air in the pump. He advised me to disconnect the pump from the van and shake it gently a few times while submerged. When we reconnected the water ran fine.
I sounds like it masterted, at least its not as expensive as it would have been with an on-board one. They are readily available but there are different plug types that connect it to the caravan, best take it with you.
