Hi
The three windows at the front of our Elddis Avante 505 have a all decided to display condensation within the void between the two plastic "panes". Its funny that all three front windows have gone like this on the same morning which suggests the windows probably haven't " blown". Is this something to worry about or is it likely to disappear eventually?
We get this early season. We caravan with 3 other vans, we all have this issue. It's moist air in between the panels. For us it was a shock until we all noticed the same problem. It's something to do with warm inside and cold outside. This problem does clear when the van is left in the sun for a while. All out vans are stored in the shade and only see the sun when' on tour'. This will cure its self in a few weeks as average temperature rises.
Don't worry about it unless you have water there, even then open the window as much as possible and check for cracks.
For the record we have a 2008 elddis 524, our friend have a 2004 Bailey ranger 470 and the other is a 2006 abbey 470
It's my understanding that some caravan / motorhome windows are subject to a recall, so it may be worth checking with your dealer.
