We have a 2013 Lunar Clubman SI and I have never been happy with the kitchen tap. I am forever soaking the surround when rinsing dishes. I now have a leak and am having it replaced. Does anyone know the measurement in the 2015 model from centre to tap as per photo?

Yes, I'm trying to get it changed but Lunar can't tell me if the spout will extend further over the basin. I've phoned my dealer and asked them to measure the new ones which are shorter and flatter. They "think" it is longer but tell me they won't know till they order one, which I will be charged for! Just thought someone on here might be able to measure.
I haven't seen a new van on site and we have had a few week-ends away, or I would have knocked on doors!!!!!!

The taps on the new Lunars are large enough for the sink and extend much further into the bowl. I have seen them at the Caravan Show. The 2013 taps are useless in the kitchen area - a big mistake by Lunar. Why your dealer can't reassure you is beyond me, just don't let them replace it with a 2013 tap and you will be ok.

Some people are just all show. I don't mind that if the show is worth watching, but .....
I did consider an extension, but it would have to have been long enough to reach the bowl as the presuure of the water makes them wave about!
I'm haveing the tap changed as the on/off is dripping, out of warranty. I thought I'd take the opportunity to have a more appropriate one fitted!

Back in 2012 / 2013 Lunar used to like to have the same tap in the bathroom as in the kitchen. In 2012 they had similar taps to the 2013 season but the angle of the spout was slightly different. These worked ok in the kitchen but they were no good in the bathroom because the water tended to miss the sink. So in 2013 they fitted taps where the spout pointed straight down, ideal for the bathroom but as you have pointed out useless in the kitchen. You would have thought that Lunar could have noticed that the kitchen taps were too close to the edge. From 2014 they decided to use a different design of tap in the kitchen to the one in the bathroom, which is, of course, what they should have done in the first place.

I finally went ahead and had the tap changed. I'm not sure it's obvious in the photo but it is much better than the previous tap. No more soaking the work top!!!!

I have only just seen this post, the heads on the taps on our sink taps were falling to bits and filling the kettle was very tricky anyway, so when I was replacing the hob and sink in our van I bought a mixer tap for house hold use as our van has an onboard pump (no micro switch needed) yes a bit heavier but a fraction of the price for caravan taps.
