hi i have just brought a lunar delta 610, the pump works but keeps pumping water outside should there be a bung to stop this as when i put my finger i it stops it

Is it draining out from under the van ?

If so there should be a lever (ours is yellow) next to the water tank. Often under the seats. The lever is probably in the drain down position. Just flip the lever and it should stop the flow and start to fill the water tank.

Hi it looks like its coming out of the water heater as soon as I turn the pump off it stops emptying

Hi, you don't say what year caravan is. is the water leaking from the bottom left of a 10inch square plate with carver on it. if so its missing a drain plug. have a look in all the draws for a white plastic threaded plug about 2inch long it should also have an O ring on it. it was probably removed to drain water heater for winter.

Hi I think its a 1995, I do have a white screw in thing which looks like a valve. So to be so vague but only purchased yesterday and its my first caravan

Hi, that sounds like the part, it clips in firstly then screws in rest of the way that allows water to drain without taking right out. I think earlier models did have a plug that came right off. it should have a slot to put a large flat blade screwdriver in to tighten up at the end. check it has a black O ring in place and don't over tighten it. happy caravanning
