ok the hot water is easy to explain esp if on ehu, first of all you need to make sure that the yellow tab is in the down position, it will be near your water heater under the seating, and turn the on board tap to the closed position, then with the master switch turned to on, and water pump in place outside transfer the water to your onboard tank, making sure that your shower tap is in the open position to allow the air out, turn the shower tap for hot water, once the water comes thr at a steady stream open each tap in turn from the back of the van towards the front, do the saem with the cold side of the water, once air is out you can then just flick the switch on the water heater, this will be on a seat unit near the floor somewhere in your van, usually the front seating has it on there, if you intend to use gas, go outside and remove the cover from the water heater, then on the main panel internally the round dial with 50, 60 70 on it and a flame is the gas water controls just turn that and you will hear it fire up.
for your central heating on ehu, just turn the other round dial it will depend on what power is available as to whether you use 500, 1000 or 2000, don't expect instant heat, this is a big van and takes some time to get warmed up, we always open all lockers and under the beds and wardrobes as this seems to help a lot! gets the cold air out
