When we had one split in a Europa we had, i could only find one by ordering through a swift dealer .Make sure when you replace it to also get some new polystyrene underlay with it, as when this gets compressed is the main cause of splitting.

I have been on this forum previously regarding Swift Shower trays. My caravan is a 1999 Swift Challenger, our tray was badly cracked, and like a fool I ordered a new one from Swift at an extortionate price.....big mistake. I fitted it with more than adequate under packing but this too cracked in under 12 months. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!. The plastic is very inferior quality and the dimnples in the tray make it virtually impossibloe to underpack 100%. I did find a guy on Ebay that made a much stronger fibre glass copy guaranteed not to crack, but i have lost his details. In the end I covered my cracked tray with PROTECTA KOTE rubberised coating. I drilled 3mm stop crack holes ar the end of every crack and applied the coating as per instructions. This was over 3 years ago and the tray is still sound. Swift shower trays are I repeat. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! Good luck my friend.Prottecta Kote

When i replaced mine i cut out a load of circles from hardboard and in-filled all the dimples to give extra support. 3mm hard board was just the right thickness.
