Hello. My fuse keeps blowing when I switch on my water pump. I have replaced it twice but still keeps blowing. Caravan is a Sterling Alicante 2 berth. The same fuse supplies heating also but this works ok.
Any ideas what it could be
Thanks Jon

It won't be the same fuse as the amps will be two different ratings for heating appliances to that regarding the current of a water pump. What rating fuse is it that keeps blowing?

It can be anywhere in the wiring. Presumably this is a low voltage 12volt feed. Is the pump a plug in type? If so unplug it and replace the fuse.

Does it still blow. If yes it's a wiring fault, if no it's something in the pump.
