We have a Fleetwood Heritage caravan and my dear husband has broken one of the windows. I have no idea where to begin to find a replacement one. I know that Fleetwood is no longer in existence. Do I call a local caravan spares shop? Would they be able to help? Or do I need to take the van to a repairs place? My hubby would prefer to fit it himself if possible. I really don't know where to start with this so any advice/help would be much appreciated, thanks.

You can have a new one made using old one as a pattern. This place. Removal/refitting is usually easy, undo window stays, lift window up towards the vertical & it will lift out.

As stated previously by Opensauce, if a new window is needed contact eeco. I had one made by them a couple of years ago. You certainly won,t find better service and I very much doubt anyone else would match their price.

Fit new one myself but now it will not stay in groove in aluminium/rubber hinge strip. Cannot get it fully inserted and frightened I may crack or break it. Any tricks on doing this?

Thanks for all your help. No luck locating a second hand one so looks like a new one from ECCO is our only option but at £300 it aint cheap!May have to consider checking with our insurance to see if we can claim on that and pay the policy excess. If I see hubby go anywhere near the caravan with the hedgetrimmer attached to his tractor again then it's off with his head.
