Hi, I posted a few days ago regarding roof light water between layers.
We have since had a look & found a small crack in it. Also the front window is delaminated.
What is best adhesive to use for delamination for window & crack repair for roof light? Will I need two separate adhesives for each job or is there something that will do the both?
Thanks
Marilyn

Hi, No, it's a crack in the acrylic roof light. I was hoping that I could get a fix which would do both. Usher4566 has suggested Blufixx which seems to do both, Still undecided if I should get something which is specific to each problem.

You can buy the rooflights and it may be more cost effective to replace the skin rather than trying to repair it.

The little bobbles that hold the rooflig together crumbled on mine. A temp fix had me worried in case water got in so i just replaced it. Not that costly.

Hi, It is a very small crack so thought we would try to repair & see how it goes. This would be next move if repair doesn't work.
Thanks

I'm replacing my roof light, not sure what diameter of tape to use. Any suggestions, I have ordered 19 and 32mm double sided mastic tape. Also intend to run a seam of sikiflex 512 around the seam to be sure.

W4 packaging recommends 19mm for sealing rooflights.
