As above, what or where are you talking about ?
If it is one of the high level lights at the top rear of a caravan then the plastic lens is normally only held in place by the rubber surround. This may well have become hard with age and stuck to the plastic. Try gently warming the rubber with a hair dryer and carefully prising the rubber away from the plastic with a small screwdriver or blunt knife.
