The year after Covid 2021 I think, we had water ingress through the roof strip on our Pursuit. It damaged some interior furniture woodwork and the wall to the washroom.
The strip and damaged wood etc was all replaced by the dealer under Bailey warranty and have had no problems at all since. Initially they resealed the strip while they waited for the parts to arrive from Bailey which took several months.
The strip was replaced with a new improved version so worth having done if you can under warranty.

I have the wider roof strap on the van, its been resealed as well.
The dealer did it but I as wondering about condensation on it as the other day, no rain it was a bit wet under the trim so thought I would ask on here if anyone has got this foam strip in place that Ailey told some dealers to do.
First time I noticed it the rain was lashing down and it dripped, dealer did get on it straight away.......fingers crossed it's now just condensation as it was no rain the other day when I remover the trim and see a small droplets.
