Hi & welcome to the forum. Dampness around windows is a fairly common problem with all makes of caravan and often due to failing rubber window seals or even more often failure of the sealing mastic around them that makes them watertight. A fairly straightforward fix, there are some videos on youtube to watch and point you in the right direction. One of the fiddliest bits is replacing the little insert strip in the thing once its fitted, there is a tool to do it but its horrendously expensive, however it just takes time, care & a little liquid soap. As for the wood surounding the window, you can only see if it needs attention when you get the window out.

There isn't a manual that I know of. Have a look at the Fix-it Club (directory is pinned at the top of this forum) I found Wizard's repair pages (1990 Sprite, I think) some of the most helpful, but I seem to remember looking at some others up there who have needed to repair 'fronts' with three windows.
My damp issues are all in the back end of my van so only 1 window, but basically all damp repairs are very similar. It involves removing the furniture, wall boards & rotten timbers (as well as the insulation if needed) then replacing with new and resealing the outside to ensure more water doesn't get in.
