I have a swift challenger 550 se 2002. On our last trip away we had issues with the water system......Aqua roll full and water pump working but when a tap was turned on only a trickle came out. We investigated and found water was pouring out of a pipe under the caravan (not drainage pipe). We think it's an air pipe but unsure why water is now just pouring out of it..........help!!!!!
There shouldn't be any water pipes under the caravan merely because they can freeze up in winter so they install them inside where they can be kept warm and insulated. The only part is the drainage tap (which you have already confirmed that it isn't that that is leaking). The only external part is the water inlet housing (a filter if one is installed) and the rest will be internally which is the hot water tank and water pipes to the taps. The fault won't be an air pipe as the system has to be sealed to obtain the water pressure.
Are you sure the water isn't coming from the water pump inlet housing and running down the side of the caravan making it look like it's underneath as it can sometimes be deceiving.
Hi there is a pipe coming from the grey onboard water tank from this there is a clear pipe connected by a T connector the water is going through this clear pipe which goes through caravan floor
Thanks
I'm not familiar with onboard water tanks as in your initial post only the Aqua roll and water pump was mentioned so it needs someone to offer further advice that knows how this type of system works. Hope you get the problem sorted anyway.
